Our Mindful Body Group is coming to an end. Our leaders will be sharing their knowledge with their classes and with their families. Next week families are encouraged to visit room 10, go for a mindful walk through the body and then take the bodies home! Your children are very excited to show you the project. Our mindful body class will be presenting their knowledge for assessment from Thursday to Wednesday next week. I am encouraging students to study and practice using the blog, the research we have done and by visiting websites such as kidshealth.org.
