Meditation is exercise for the brain. I think we can all agree that exercise is valuable and that our brains are valuable. Healthy eating helps our brain and body work efficiently. Exercise definitely helps too. Maybe you need a thought coach! Thinking about things that might happen or things that did happen, can clutter your mind, and push RIGHT NOW into a dusty corner. Right now is what counts. Worry does not change or have any sort of effect other than creating negative, discouraging, damaging thoughts. Worry hurts your body. Take some tips from this coach. :-) |
