June can be a tough month for our kiddos. Sunlight makes bed time hard. Lots of activities are starting up. Routines have shifted. I thought this video might be appropriate to share as Rock Brain and Glass man have been making more appearances of late. Enjoy:
We have inline skating next week. Please remember to wear socks every day and to bring your helmet. No socks= no skates! June can be a tough month for our kiddos. Sunlight makes bed time hard. Lots of activities are starting up. Routines have shifted. I thought this video might be appropriate to share as Rock Brain and Glass man have been making more appearances of late. Enjoy: Tuesday is bike to school day. Please label your bike as they all can look the same!!!

It can be difficult to accept change. It is important for us to continue to share experiences and allow our brain to be exposed to a variety of learning environments. Even if we think we don't like a subject such as math or music or P.E. or whatever it is you are avoiding; you need to use self talk and remind yourself that you need to experience as many things as you possibly can in order to be the best adult you can be. Do not let your child self keep you from learning and growing in as many ways as you can. Your adult self will be very grateful if you make your child self do all the stuff that you can!!! Be Kind. It is the very best thing you can be! "Just kidding" is a form of bullying. If you make an unkind comment to your friend and then say "Just Kidding!" you are being mean. Period. Laughing with someone is using humor to be kind. Laughing AT someone is being mean. Getting others to laugh AT someone with you is a form of bullying. Don't get attention for putting others down. Get attention for putting others UP!
