Look at the various objects in around you. Now, notice the space around them- not just the things, but the space they occupy, and don't occupy. the "negative space" as artists say.
We have been so enjoying our treks to the ridge. Hopefully we can get a few more hikes in before the snow flies. The students are bonding while exploring nature. They have been practicing tone of voice, peer skills, social skills and expected behavior in this diverse setting. They are noticing the changes in our world as Autumn rolls in and prepares us for winter. This is also a perfect time to practice another Mindful Moment.
