COMPASSION HUG
Stretch your arms out wide on the in breath like you are hugging the whole world. Hold your arms across your shoulders on the outbreath hugging yourself.
It is really important to wait until the person speaking is finished before you begin speaking. It is also important to keep what you are saying to 3 or 4 sentences so you each can have a turn to share. It is great if you can make eye contact and look at the person talking. Try to really listen to what the person is saying instead of thinking about what you want to say. You will develop stronger friendships and you might even learn a thing or two.

I think it's important to wait till people are done talking to say something. Even I find it annoying when people do it to me😊
